Yesterday, I had my third coaching session with Annalise Lewis of Manifesto. My write-up of the second session with her contains links to the workshop where I first experienced her approach and an overview of my first session.

There are many signs that middle age is creeping, or has crept, up on you. One is that you start putting your foot up on a chair or something else to put your socks on. Another is that you start showing an interest in birds.
