Another tentative title and focus for my next zine
I met up with Tom this morning and he asked me if I was planning another zine. I told him about the idea behind Interfaces of Refusal, but actually I've got another idea. This one would be called something like Field Notes on Ambient Surveillance and cover the way in which, over the last couple of decades, surveillance has become normalised.
…I wouldn't call myself a 'true believer'
I'm not sure my responses to this series of 29 questions warrant the tag 'true believer' but I haven't looked into the methodology of this 'AI Compass'.
Essentially my position is that AI is more consequential and useful than things like Blockchain, that it should be better regulated, and that it allows most people to do things they weren't able to do before.

From January 2025 to April 2026, Laura and I, through We Are Open Co-op worked on researching, planning, implementing, and evaluating a community platform for Amnesty International UK. One of the decisions we made was to host the site outside the UK.
